Happy Bucks: Ed Pinn had a sad buck for the passing of Joy King, wife of Ran King - a Rotarian who passed several years ago, Dr. Eugene was happy for his son's upcoming Bar Mitzvah, Brent was happy for the anticipated enthusiastic work on the golf tournament, Rick was happy to have attended the district conference representing our club. He said over 450 people attended and they had a great party! Marty was happy after a spending 5 days golfing at Hilton Head, Bill O. was happy about the club jointly hosting the OS Chamber Connections next Thursday:

Program: Brent, Golf Tournament
As you all know, we are returning to Portland after a one year hiatus to Lake of Isles. Brent has the applications and posters to distribute and told everyone to get going and promote the tournament. Like the Wine Tasting, success is contingent on everyone working together getting golfers and sponsors so that we can do the work we do in the community and beyond. We may be changing the way we do the raffle to accommodate those who want to get out earlier. Help is needed to run the tournament itself so if you aren't playing, try to help by being a hole-in-one witness, helping with registration, distributing the signs, etc. Publicity is important so contact your contacts, get posters out and talk it up! Pete will like it on Facebook - great idea!
