Bill McLaughlin had planned to assign people to various committees thru which the majority of club operations will function. For ex. the Youth Committee will be in charge of things like RYLA, scholarships, DARE, etc. Bill was not in today so this will take place at a later date.

The Chamber of Commerce is holding its 55th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival on the town green Sat, July 28 and Sun, the 29th. Help is needed to fill the time slots. Come for an hour, 2, 3 or whatever you can do. We sell hot dogs with or without chile by Gail Antoniac, snow cones, soda and water. Its a lot of fun and proceeds go to our foundation - the engine of the club's giving. Help is needed to set up the tent on Friday afternoon at 5PM - Brent will coordinate that. Our tent is next to the Lions Club and is a 20 ft. in length.

Brian asked for volunteers to explore new possible meeting times and places. Not everyone can or want to do morning meetings and perhaps a mix of evening meetings would result in more membership. Jan, Charlie N and Pete volunteered to work on this committee.

The Foundation Board will meet following the regular meeting. Anyone can attend.

Rev Ed suggested that we not hold raffles during times of youth attendance. One can argue that raffles a form of gambling which we certainly don't want to encourage.

4)   Will it be BENEFICAL to all concerned?
