PROGRAM   AVENUES OF SERVICE

CLUB SERVICE
A plan will be put together to develop q “Paul Harris” Development Program. Pat Settinbrino, Charlie Renshaw and Bill McLaughlin will work on this and report to The Club.

Joe Arcari is away until spring, President Sam looking for volunteers to cover Sargent at Arms until a replacement is named. Pat Settembrino will cover next Wednesday

Our Program Calendar is full for the remainder of the year, except for Wednesday December 19, 2018. Folks be on the lookout for a good program.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Outreach is staying in touch with social services, Mary Sidner, LYSB, Susan Consoli Old Saybrook, and Elizabeth Carpenter Westbrook.

We received a thank you note from “Bikes for Kids” for support of their Polar Express event.

“Warm the Children” needs volunteers. Think about helping and sign up.

VOCATIONAL SERVICE
Reminder keep the “Four Way Test” in mind as you conduct your business.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
Marty Drobiarz is looking into the cost of incubators for a Ghana hospital. Cost maybe in the range of +/- $5,000.00 for two (2) units. Project would be done in conjunction with The Rotary Club of Techiman, Ghana.

NEW GENERATIONS
RYLA money paid. Students will report on their experiences ASAP. I will check with Amber for a date.

Old Saybrook Interact Club event “Locks for Luke” very successful. $4,000.00 was raised. A great day.

Student of the Month program is on track. Next Wednesday Mathematics students will be with us.

Old Saybrook Interact Club next event the “Jingle Bell Run” Saturday December 1, 2018.Lets all help with this event.

Amber Scherber id working with Tara Winch to re-energize the Westbrook Interact Club.  Will keep you posted.
