Hartford Holden recited an inspirational poem about the significance of the colors of the Flag of the United States of America. Thank you for that moving rendition.
Marty updated the progress on the Ghana Grant while Bill O explained how the new procedures in obtaining a grant have made it an involved process of applications, emails and other communications.
Brent reviewed several of the Club’s most recent International Projects. He also announced that this year’s golf tournament will be held on 8/8/19 at the Portland Country Club.
Bill O announced that the District Conference would be held on May 17th, 18th, and 19th, in Southbury. See Bill for more info and registration procedure.
