Keith: The Pavilion is ready and Keith asked for the clubs feeling on going back. It was decided that we would stay at the Estuary to the end of the fiscal year.
Glen: The New Generations Conference will be Sat. March 2 at Choate School. The club will subsidize up to 2 students per high school at a cost of $25 per student. The deadline to sign up is Feb. 18. Breakfast and lunch will be provided and students will discuss topics of the day. Students should know that topics can vary and may go into sensitive areas which some may find uncomfortable.
Paul: RYLA is coming up.
The rest of the meeting was devoted to discussing the Wine Tasting, primarily going over the donors and who would solicit who. We have a great offering of items both for the auction and raffle. We need to concentrate more on ticket sales which provides for more robust bidding.
