Student of the Month
Jan Perruicco reviewed our Student of the Month program, the students are chosen by the teachers of the subject discipline, Rotary International active in Polio Plus and a $25.00 check will be given to Polio Plus in the student's name, also each student receives a check for $25.00

WESTBROOK
Make-up for month of April Fine Arts.  Principle Tara Winch introduced Carmen Bora-Carrillo Carmen a very committed student, focuses on the job at hand, wonderful on the stage, very active in the musicals at Westbrook High, also a fine artist, this is Carmen’s 3rd visit as SOM here with her Mom & Dad, plans to attend Fordham Univ. Principal Tara Winch introduced Sue McMannis who in turn spoke about Bradley Cates. Bradley a good student, a good athlete, first to volunteer. Attended RYLA good leadership in school, a stand up positive young man. Plans to attend Merrimack College.

LYME/OLD LYME HIGH SCHOOL
Business Assistant Principal Heather Fitzgibbons introduced Dept. Head Joanne Hedwall who in turn introduced Kasper Wolfe. Kas is a well-rounded student active in computer science, web design, a leader in and out of the classroom. Kas plans on attending Clark Univ. 

OLD SAYBROOK HIGH SCHOOL
Principal Shelia Riffle introduced Dept. Head Terri Linn who in turn introduced Angie Velez. Angie has been in this country for four years, complete command of the English language, as well as Spanish, amazing to be bi-lingual. Very active at school, first to volunteer, attended RYLA, great work ethic, helps her mates with English.  Outstanding student and person. Angie plans to attend Middlesex Community College
