claims to have been getting lonely as our snowbirds all departed for warmer climes.
She sincerely thanked the membership for all their hard work throughout the year on
our many projects. Although the economy hurt some of our activities she felt we did
a pretty good job. She was appreciative to Tom Cloutier who hosted a new member
program at his office. She also mentioned the Outreach Program which distributed
$13,500 this year, the Cancer Bike Ride fund raiser, Warm the Children, Meals on
Wheels, and bringing 2 new members into the club. We also have 2 more in the
wings. She gave her congratulations to incoming President Paul and his team.
Changing of the Guard: President Joan pinned incoming President Paul who then
invited his slate of officers to come forward and be pinned. They are; President
Elect Kieth Wescovich, Treasurer Dave Wight, Secretary Matt Vogt and Rick Beck
as Sergeant. The Vice Presidents spot is open at this time. The incoming Board
of Directors are; Mike Velgouse, Joan Michaud, Andy Anderson and Bill
McLaughlin. Incoming President Paul pinned Joan with her Past President's

He also said that Andy Anderson finally got his Plaque although he keeps
reminding us it came late.

First...
Is it the TRUTH ?
Second....
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Third....
Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Fourth....
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
