Wine and beer tasting silent auction – Marty “all good”. Did well on the sponsorships. Drop-off at the pavilion on 4/3 at 4pm. Pete – 98 auction items and 20 raffle items. Set-up at SPI at 11am on 4/4. Nancy – sign-up for jobs at Wine and Beer. Sell Tickets!
Social April 30 – 5th Thursday at the Highliner III in Westbrook. Cost $25 pp.
Special Speakers: District Governor Robert Friend, Martha Hoffman, Mike MacGuire
Robert Friend spoke about the Magical Mystery Tour 2025 district conference on May 30 through June 1 at Southbridge, MA. Keynote speaker: David Lamotte – Rotary Peace Fellow and award-winning song writer. Honored guest is Sam Movva from District 3020. Martha Hoffman, President Call to Care Uganda and Mike McGuire spoke about the Uganda Water and Opus for Peace grant to build 25 wells. The goal is $230,000 collected by June 30. Already collected $69,000 (29%). Price is $8700 per well.
