President Gary held a “Planning Meeting” for upcoming MAC Dinner@ Fireman’s Field @ 4:00 PM
We walked the job to get a feel for the layout, etc.
We will gather again @ 2:00 PM Saturday October 17. 2020 to begin preparing the food and getting setup
We will meet Sunday morning @ 11:30 AM to be ready for serving starting @ NOON 12:00 AM
