Pres. Bob: No meeting the next two weeks due to the holidays
John Donnelly: John announced that the organizers of Caitlin's Closet will be receiving an international award for their donations of school uniforms to students in Ghana, Africa. John personally delivered boxes of uniforms donated by students from the U.S. Caitlin's Closet collected over 2,000 uniforms and dontated them to kids in Haiti and Ghana. Marty: Reporting on the Torchlight Parade, Marty thanked the following people for helping out: Brent Taylor, Gerri Lewis, Stan Niemerski, Bill Suits, Bob Chase, John Donnelly, Ama Sah Larnyoh, Donna Lash, Joan Michaud, Walter Osborne, Bill Bernhart, Bob Hester, Mike Velgouse, Andy Anderson, Jon Drobiarz.
The hot chocolate was outstanding this year and everything ran smoothly. This was our 21st year of serving hot chocolate and refreshments. It was a cold night and unfortunately, the heat wasn't turned on early enough to warm the tent. But despite that, we had a great time and the people we served, were very appreciative.
