Peter Manley: Peter announced the passing of a former club member, Ron Genther. A memorial service will be held at the First Congregational Church in Madison this Saturday Feb. 16. For more details, contact Bill Burnhart.
Jason needs 3 helpers mostly to provide rides, for the GSE team April 21 & 22. There will be a meeting of the Group Study Exchange Feb. 28 in Essex.
Marty annouced a Daffodil Days fundraiser by the Old Saybrook Interact Club. Proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. Bouquets are $10, Bear &I Bunch is $25, potted bulbs are $15 and Gifts of Hope is min. $20. Money and orders are due Feb. 29th and delivery is March 3.

Angus McDonald spoke on the mentoring program. His experience working with Officer Sam Barnes was both positive and gratifying. Mostly working with special ed. kids, Angus said it takes some time and effort to draw the kids out and that it was important to be there for them.
