Bob Chase: the attendance stats are in and our club had 61% attendance - on the low side due to the migration south of some members. Any make-ups?

Brent: Safe Grad Night is having a golf tournament April 30 at Fox Hopyard. Cost is $135 and includes lunch. We'd like to get some players together and support this so let Brent know if you can play.
Bob Chase announced that his son, age 45, is ranked #4 in the state of Maryland in tennis for that age bracket. He is ranked 19th in the Mid-Atlantic states - wow!
Keith Wescovich: In building his administration for next year, Keith says there are 3 open Board of Director slots. Please consider serving on the Board and help shape the direction of our club. Walter Osborne and Matt Vogt are two of the newest additions to the Board.
John Donnelly: The Interact Club has been selling roses at the production of South Pacific at the OS High School. People can buy a rose for the performers along with well wishes. It was a great production by the way.
Matt Vogt talked about the latest worm that was supposed to be unleased today, April 1. This worm has the potential to seize data from your PC and send it out. You can adopt defensive measures to help thwart the virus. Make sure your anti-virus software is up to date. Make sure your firewall is turned on and that your Windows updates are caught up. These updates often have the latest security measures included. Avoid suspicious websites and don't open email with attachments unless you know the sender and whats attached. You can verify websites and email sources.
Bob Chase warned to be careful for computer scams, including the winning contest check. If they ask for money such as the tax on the winnings, its a scam. There is also an IRS scam going around - beware - the web pages look real.
