Bill Suits: Outreach meeting following the regular meeting.
Brent: Talked about the Golf Tournament. There was discussion about getting involved with the OS Chamber of Commerce to help promote the tournament and gain support from the membership. There won't be time to host a Chamber after Hours event but they can do email blasts and add flyers to their newsletter. We will be taking out an ad in the Harbor News and Gerri had posters made up.
Marty: Thanked Joan Michaud for taking care of the Golf Tournament insurance. Joan always comes thru with event insurance and she received a well served hand from the club.
Gerri: Passed around a signup sheet for the evening meeting April 29. The choices of main course are: Chicken Parmagian, Broiled Scrod and Pasta Primavera. The cost is $16 pp. A Paul Harris Award will be presented so please come out.
Treasurers Report: John Donnelly
John handed out updated spreadsheets showing income and expenses. Not much activity to report. The golf tournament brochures cost $563 and Gerri has been reimbursed for her expenses ($157.51) related to her duties as Asst. District Governor. Other expenses included RYLA and the World Affairs Seminar, student programs we support.
