Bill McLaughlin: Received the DARE recognition certificate for the club's support on behalf of the club at the recent DARE graduation at the Middle School. Sam Barnes ran the graduation which was extremely upbeat and positive.
John Donnelly: Told the club about a car show on Memorial Day in Old Lyme.
Bill McLaughlin: This Friday, the Walk to Cure Cancer is being held at the OS High School. Bill is looking for sponsors and participants so please contact him if you are interested. This event has high participation among the students who are out all night for the Cancer Walk.
Brent: Golf Tournament Update - we have 129 golfers signed on, 9 Corporate Sponsors, several exclusive green sponsors and 68 tee sponsors (187 tee box equivelents).
Treasurers Report: John Donnelly
There were some expenses to report but not much. Money was paid out for PETS (Presidents training weekend for Keith), the District Conference, Students of the Month awards and a Paul Harris award. There has been some income from the golf tournament.
Following the Treasurers Report, the club set up an assembly line to fill the ditty bags (under the strong leadership of Bob Antoniac) and the hole assignments for the foursomes were assigned.
