announced.

and his pleasure with the club, a letter from Liberty Bank about the Thanksgiving
food drive, one from R.I. on Rotary Credit Cards and applications, one from Brents former
employer on his retirement and mention of the special town meeting to approve surplus
funds for the Catherine Hepburn Theatre (some comments on this).
John Donnelly said our incoming exchange student will be staying with Lee David and that
Zuka is doing OK in Georgia since he lives in the capital city. He also has a facebook page.
The Business after Hours program was mentioned again and that hosting an 'Open House'
might be a good way to atrack interest, new members and golf tourney sponsers. It was
mentioned that the sponsered "Open Houses" are booked up through next spring. It was
mentioned that we might try to host our own earlier.
Bill Suits wants a short meeting of the "Outreach Committee" after our meeting.
Concerts & Fireworks this year have a new schedule, the concert will start at 6 PM and
the fireworkd at 9 PM: a significant delay due to scheduling issues.
Marty announced the 'Wine Tasting' would probably be on November 21st or December 6th,
more to come on this is following meetings.
Program: Keith is looking for people willing to go through 'the chairs' and become President
of the club at some future time. He also would like folks to talk to him about committee
assignments and areas of interest the members have. He'd like to put people in the
right spots when he does his assignments for his term as President next year. Rotary is
a service organization (the Best) and needs all hands participation. Lets all get behind
Keith and make his year a huge success. No one should feel intimidated by thier lack of
knowledge in any of the areas of service or going through 'the chairs'. R.I. and the District
offer all forms of help and education. To serve is a real honor!
